Life insurance is a French passion, and the Luxembourg contract has become its most sophisticated expression. With €16.4 billion collected in 2025, France accounts for 54.6% of the overall Luxembourg life insurance market, confirming its position as the leading distribution market for Luxembourg insurers and the growing interest of French wealth-management clients.

In a rapidly evolving regulatory and financial environment, technical mastery of the Luxembourg contract has become a decisive competitive advantage for distributors. This morning session brings together eleven experts — Luxembourg insurers, a lawyer specialising in wealth-planning engineering, and representatives from the private banking and wealth management sectors — to explore in depth the topics that shape today’s high-end wealth advisory.

The conference will be structured around a panel discussion dedicated to open architecture and the integration of unlisted assets into the Luxembourg contract — private equity, dedicated funds, governance and liquidity — as well as individual presentations covering the full range of current issues: the Luxembourg security triangle, international estate transmission, and client mobility.
