A collective commitment to protect citizens and businesses

At the conclusion of the inaugural GRC Summit (Governance, Risk, Compliance), held on 5 June 2025 at the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, Lex Delles, Minister of the Economy, officially announced the launch of a national campaign against online fraud. This unprecedented initiative makes Luxembourg the first European country to launch such a large-scale campaign.

Led by the Luxembourg House of Cybersecurity (LHC) and ABBL, the campaign is supported by over fifteen institutional and private partners, including the ACA.

A coordinated response to a digital threat

Online fraud is an ever-growing threat, targeting both individuals and organizations. Despite past awareness campaigns, many users remain vulnerable.

This campaign aims to:

  • Raise awareness about the consequences of cyber fraud
  • Promote the right reflexes when facing fraud attempts
  • Guide victims to the appropriate contacts and tools
  • Encourage shared responsibility in combating cybercrime

To mark the launch, a new official website was unveiled:

This portal helps users to:

  • Identify various types of fraud (phishing, scams, etc.)
  • Find the right contacts in case of suspicious activity
  • Access practical advice on how to stay protected
  • Report fraudulent emails via SPAMBEE
  • Contact the LuxTrust hotline (+352 49 10 10), available 24/7
