ACA (ASSOCIATION OF INSURANCE AND REINSURANCE COMPANIES OF THE GRAND DUCHY OF LUXEMBOURG) is looking to recruit, for an immediate start or at a date to be agreed (permanent contract), an:

Office Manager (M/ F/ X)

Job Description

Your mission will consist of:

• managing the overall relationship between ACA and its members
• monitoring and updating the various tools and communication channels with ACA’s members
• providing operational support on ACA’s projects and missions
• setting up and monitoring the tools for the management and organisation of the ACA’s Statutory Commissions and Working Groups
• managing and updating ACA’s internal procedures
• taking part in the organisation of the ACA’s activities
• providing operational support to the ACA’s Executive Committee
• managing the logistics and day-to-day running of the offices, in particular with regard to the various suppliers and service providers
• acting as back-up for colleagues in case of absence

Required Profile

• higher education (min. 2 years of post-secondary studies / Bac+2)
• strong interest in the Luxembourg and international association and insurance sector
• good knowledge and command of IT tools
• rigour and precision
• excellent analytical and writing skills
• fluency in French and English is essential; command of Luxembourgish and/or German will be considered an advantage
